The Life Wellness Spa management diploma program provided me with a solid understanding of sales and marketing, finance, leadership, operational excellence, human resources, and business planning.

 

The Diploma course enabled me in sharpening my management skills and broaden the Spa Day activities at my workplace. I can now confidently carry out my day-to-day spa management tasks, and my goal is to advance up the spa management ladder.
